About Turtlezone

Turtlezone is an electronic music project created by German producer, songwriter and journalist Oliver LM Schwartz. Rooted in melodic, female-vocal EDM, Turtlezone moves between uplifting trance, melodic techno, electronic chillout, lounge, dub techno and new wave influences. Memorable melodies, expressive lyrics and cinematic music videos give the project its distinctive musical and visual identity.

The name Turtlezone represents more than an artist or a collection of songs. It describes a state of mind – a place of calm, curiosity and optimism in an increasingly noisy world. A place where music offers an escape from everyday stress, constant news cycles and digital overload, while celebrating the moments and connections that make life special.

At the heart of Turtlezone is singer Lena, whose distinctive voice and personality connect the project's different musical styles and stories. As the central character of Turtlezone's cinematic music videos, she takes listeners on journeys through extraordinary places, emotional experiences and the small adventures of everyday life. Her songs explore love, friendship, travel, nature, communication, technology and the search for happiness and meaningful human connection.

Two albums, many musical moods

Turtlezone's debut album Summer Vibes, released in July 2026, introduced ten original tracks ranging from electronic chillout and lounge to melodic techno, trance and new wave influences. The songs reflect a spirit of summer, freedom, curiosity and optimism, combining relaxed atmospheres with energetic electronic sounds.

The second album, Heart on Fire, released in October 2026, brings a stronger focus on love, attraction, relationships and the joy of dancing. Across ten tracks, Lena tells stories of romance, lasting friendships, complicated emotions and unforgettable moments.

From uplifting trance and melodic techno to intimate electronic lounge and chillout, the album combines emotional songwriting with dancefloor energy.

Music meets cinematic storytelling

Visual storytelling is an essential part of Turtlezone. Each album track has its own cinematic 4K music video, with Lena as the recurring protagonist. The videos take audiences to remarkable landscapes, vibrant cities, tropical beaches and atmospheric nightlife settings, creating visual interpretations of the songs rather than simply illustrating their lyrics.

Every Turtlezone song begins with an original concept, lyrics and artistic direction developed by Oliver LM Schwartz. Produced at Turtle-Media Studios in Germany, the music combines electronic production, creative experimentation and a strong focus on melody and storytelling. Visual production is developed in collaboration with Visual Communications Experts.
